Standard Delivery (UK)
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and arrive within 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. During busy periods, please allow up to 20 business days.
Why does delivery take this long?
Our products are carefully sourced from specialist suppliers to bring you the best quality sensory and educational toys at affordable prices. Some items ship internationally, which means delivery can take a little longer than high-street retailers. We believe the quality and value are worth the wait — but we always want you to know upfront.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey to your door.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship to the UK only. If you'd like to be notified when we expand to other countries, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Orders
